New Patients

How do I get in to see a therapist?

To get started with therapy, please visit our therapy page. You can find contact information there to reach out directly and connect with the therapist that best fits your needs.

Are you accepting new patients for psychiatric appointments?

We are currently accepting medication management referrals from other healthcare providers, including primary care providers, therapists, and specialty practices. Each referral is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account clinical appropriateness and current provider availability to ensure we can offer the best possible care.

What paperwork do I need to bring to my psychiatric appointment?

For your convenience, we’ve included the medication management paperwork below for you to download and complete prior to your appointment. This helps streamline your visit and allows our providers to better understand your needs ahead of time. If you’re unable to complete the paperwork in advance, we recommend arriving 45 minutes early to finish it in the office. Please note that completed paperwork is required at the time of your appointment, and appointments may need to be rescheduled if it is not completed.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in a fee. You may cancel by contacting the office directly, responding to the automated text message with the appropriate cancellation option (please note these messages are not monitored), or leaving a voicemail for reception.

How often should I be seen in therapy or medication management?

How often you are seen for therapy or medication management will be determined through your individualized treatment plan and your provider’s clinical recommendation. For medication management, it is imperative that follow-up appointments are kept as scheduled in order to continue receiving medication refills and ensure safe, effective treatment.

How do I know if my refills are sent?

All refills are sent to the pharmacy by the end of the following business day after they are requested.  You can check with your pharmacy which should have record of the refill by the end of the following business day.  If your medication will run out over a weekend, please request a refill by Thursday to ensure that it is filled before Monday.

How do I pay my bill or view my balance?

If you have questions about your bill or need assistance with a payment, you may call the office and leave a voicemail, and a member of our team will return your call. Payments can also be made by contacting the office directly or by stopping in during business hours. We recommend keeping a card on file for convenience, allowing us to securely process charges as they arise with your authorization. For larger balances, payment plans may also be available upon request.
